    hi all

I am going into business with my partner and would like to know which is the best company to form, I've read a lot but I'm still not sure. Our company will turnover about 300,000 annually.

    Thanks ;)

Yes, you need need to incorporate. Although, there are costs associated with this. Perhaps it would be wise to set up as a partnership until the business gets off the ground. Just register business name with the companies office and the revenue.
