    No, nothing to do with elitism, but what is elitist bollocks is someone snidely referring to air rifles as "peashooters", frankly. It's a hugely popular form of target shooting all over the world, so making snide comments to suggest it has no place in the target shooting forum is the only elitist bullshít around here.

    IWM's post wasn't being elitist, in fact he was countering the elitist nonsense inherent in the thought that air rifles aren't manly enough for some people.
