    The opening round of the 2008 Irish 1:8 Off Road National Championships was held by the Navan Nitro Nuts on Sunday and 32 drivers travelled from around the country to take part. The event was a huge success and was a credit to all involved in putting the event together. For those of you out there with a 1:8 Buggy or Truggy the next round will be hosted by the Galway Model Car Club on June 22nd.
