    Don't know about the management/lead end, but I imagine it could vary considerably depending on experience!

    My friend started there last year as a graduate developer (has a computer science masters) 35k

    I suppose they'd pay industry standard - I'd hope so anyway!

    Graduate developer is anything from 32 to 35 depending on what experience you have. (in this case, a masters is 35).
