    How much would you pay for full car valet in and out.

    What if all the seats are plastered with dog hairs ... dog hairs everywhere, filty windows, dirty ground, etc ?

    Would the cost vary depending on how dirty the car was ?

    yes it does depend on how dirty your car is.

    it also depends wether you have leather seats or fabric etc.
