I'll say Hibernian, provided you pass their Ignition course.
    Learner or Full licence?

Would be interested to hear the outcome of this one. I had serious problems getting insurance on a '03 EP3 Type R at age 25 (just two years ago) with 3 years NCB and 3 years full driving license. Only company that would take me was my existing insurers Hibernian with TPF&T. Even at that, they maintained that they do not insure 'that type of car' and the quote was only given on the grounds that I was a returning customer.
