Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

tenants / landlords rights...

    Hi, I've been searching everywhere looking for information on the rights of a tenant or landlord...If people in this estates neighbouring houses are dumping rubbish on the landlords land, ie: over garden wall etc. then what rights if any does the landlord or tenant have to protect their property? / Who do you go to? Or what could be done about this?
