Tattoo Removal

I had my second tattoo done in Thailand (Bamboo Tattoo) and it is excellent. A dragon which snakes the whole way up my spine. Painful it was ! However now the Rose Tattoo on my shoulder just looks 'crap' and it takes away from the dragon. I hate it. Anyone out there had laser removal? recommend? Does it get rid of the ink…
