    hi guys,

was thinking of upgrading, because it feels like my system is grinding to a halt at the moment:

    here's my current spec:

    CPU: AMD 64 3500+ Venice
    Motherboard: epox nforce 4 s939
    Graphics Card: radeon X1950PRO
    Memory: 2 Gb
    Power Supply: fortron atx 550W
    Display: iiyama prolite 430s
Sound Card: creative SB audigy 2
    hard drive:Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 250GB SATA
    8MB 7200RPM NCQ

i was thinking of a bundle from komplett like this

    331906 - AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3.0GHz Socket AM2 2MB, BOXED w/fan (info)
    333173 - Asus M2A-VM HDMI, AMD 690G+SB600, HDMI, Socket-AM2,m-ATX,DDR2,Firewire,PCI-Ex16 (info)
    339125 - A-DATA DDR2 PC6400 4096MB CL5 Kit w/two matched DDR2 800 2048MB CL5 (info)

first off, do you think this is a good upgrade? or should i invest straightaway into this?

    348526 - AMD Phenom 9550 2.2GHz Boxed, 4MB Cache, Socket AM2+ (info)
    341639 - Gigabyte GA-MA790FX-DS5, AMD 790FX, DDR2 ,Socket-AM2+,ATX, GbLAN,2xPCI-Ex(2.0)x16 (info)
    333974 - OCZ Gold XTC DDR2 PC6400 4096MB KIT, w/two 2048MB PC6400 XTC (info) .

i don't think i'd want to change gpu straightaway as it's still quite new, so would it really slow it down?

and last question, should i consider getting a new harddrive then?

thanks. any tips or pointers would be really helpful
