Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Teaching Interviews....Help??

    Hey
I have an interview for a post primary teaching post next week. As i only completed my hdip last year and have been covering maternity leave, i dont have much experience doing teaching interviews (the interview for the maternity leave cover was very informal).

Despite having done lots of interviews for other jobs in the past, im a little nervous about this one, and it's not helped by the fact that there will be 5 people on the interviewing panel!!

Can any body give me an idea about the type of questions that will be asked? Will they focus on curriculum type questions, classroom management or both??

I'd very much appreciate help on this.
    thanks

    Hey,
Kate here by the way. I have piles of stuff on interviews for teaching! Not all of it would be relevant obviously but I did some amount of preparation for my interview!
Anyway, too late! Hope you got on well:)
