How many missions are in GTA IV?

    90 story missions, and then there are friends missions, vigilante etc

    There is 94 story missions!

    And loads of side missions/races and the likes!!

    Would the 90/94 depend on what choices you make in the game?

    I've completed 84 so far - looking forward to getting a run at the rest of them this weekend!!!

    I'm up to 92 after last night.

    However, there were a coulpe that must have had 2 missions in one as I went from 88 to 90 and 90 to 92 in one go. I think the same happened somewhere else in the late 80's as well. So although it says I've done 92, I only think I've done 89 unless a few have been emalgamated into one - gettit?

    Nope, you can kill/save whoever you want but it wont affect the amount of missions!!

    Are 'side' missions counted as the overall 100% in game completion?

    Just finished my 90th and final mission there tonight,i actually feel quite sad :( Roll on the download content in autumn :)
    Now to try out the multiplayer modes til then !

    Is the downloadable content just for the xbox 360 or is it for the PS3 as well?

    That's what I thought as well and I think that was the initial plan... but I think that has changed now and Sony are going to get involved as well.

    I know at first it was only 360 was getting this update. But then there was word of Sony getting involved in the update for the ps3. But there was a rumour that Sony had backed out or was going to delay the update. Don't know for sure if any of that sony stuff is true or not, only rumours.
