Karaoke in Galway

    I realise that this is a fairly random thread, even for my standards but anyways...

    Has anyone heard of any Karaoke or singing competitions in Galway of late.

    I love a bit of Karaoke and whenever i heard of singing competitions in Galway, it's always after the event I have found out about it.

    I know, i read that in the paper alright.

    There used to be a singing competition in the Quays or somethin.

    WestStar or something.

    It was just you and you had backing from pyramid or something.

    Sounded really cool. When i went into the bar and filled out an entry form, obviously the bloody barman never passed it on.

    I really think i could have done well. Even to have backing from Pyramid on its own would have been great.
