Road Closures for Mini Marathon?

Well the website for the event isn't working, so not much help there!:eek: Race goes down our road and we haven't been notified of times of closures - just notices on poles saying no parking from 10-6pm (for an event that doesn't start till 3pm....) Anyone got any info? I'm guessing it should close about 2-6
