    Hi

I am sitting the f4 exam (I.e Law) next tuesday and it is wrecking my
head at the moment. (Also sitting f5 the following week).

So much theory. I have done many of the q's.

Would like to know of any tips on what is coming up???

Some sites are only giving tips for the english variant.

Helloooo Acca.......there are other countries out there!!

    Cheers

I know how you feel, have been through loads of websites and they all only cater for the eng variant.I also am sitting f4 and f5. Have read the book on f4 twice and I still dont know 10% of it. Theres way too much theory....Please someone out there give us some advice only one day to go!

    Hey Jessie

I think the best way to deal with company law is just read over the case studys from past exam papers.

Thats the only way I could understand so if u have time, just take a quick look over it.

There is only so much that can come up in the exam I wouldn't worry about it.

    Hiya,

What did you think of the exam today? I thought it was fair enough but still dont know If I did enough to pass it. But I was surprised at the topics they chose, thought they pick the nice ones. No shockers!

    hey

Yeah I thought it was grand. Was able to answer 9 out of the 10 q's. Didn't have a clue about the different types of diretors but who cares. It was definitly fair. Not sure too if I passed. I think we did tho! :)
