i've had my ears stretched to an 8 or a 10 before and recently i wanted to stretch them again!
i know i've taken them out and stuff, but they're still loose kinda?
would i have to start from the very beginning or what? :]

if you still have the jewelry from when you were stretching try put some in, whichever size fits best basically.

If you even have a barbell or small plug try wrap it in ptfe tape so you will increase the diameter of the jewelry. you could do it that way then just get a peircer to measure it and buy the corresponding plugs

Seeing as you downsized you'll probably find your lobes are slightly thicker too :)
