Are there still q3 servers up

    I tried looking for a multiplayer there but it said it couldn't find any, said it couldn't contact master server, is this a problem at my end or are there just no longer any servers up

    there are dozens of servers still up. make sure you are running 1.31 though

    afaik teh current Point Release is 1.32 ftp://ftp.eswc.com/regulations/2008/preliminaries/files/quake3/q3pointrelease_132.exe
    currently 1v1, tdm is beeing played on CPMA [ www.promode.com ] mod [ callvote gameplay vq3 ] , CTF is still beeing played on OSP mod ...
    the best way to search for teh servers is, at least for me , All Seeing Eye software...

    1.32 includes fixes ... and u r beeing asked "do you want to install PB?" ... besides if u want to play - u download 1.32 + CPMA [ incl. mappack ] + OSP + PB , eot :)
