    Hi guys,

    I'm not very artistic, but I've been trying to get to grips with doing some of my own graphics and design (using the GIMP).

    Could anyone give me some pointers (i.e. decent tutorials) on transparency and "glassy" effects. I'm getting a whole load of crappy tuturials on my google searching :(
