Any way to limit bandwidth on wireless usage?

well heres the prob im on eircom 2 mb, netopia router with a wireless hub brother and sis both have laptops brother is ok he only plays poker but my sister is steaming all the ****in time and its causing to me to have constant massive pings how cud i stop this?:eek:

think ya can do it from qos under expert mode>configure>advanced
