Hey all, I would like to buy some trees for my front garden, I would like them not to grow over 12 ft in height and not too wide or bushy. Also it is very important that they do not have a major spread on the roots. Deciduous trees as well. If anyone has any suggestions for me, it would be mush appreciated. Many thanks.

How about the mountain ash, Sorbus Aucuparia.

Native and doesn't cast too much shade either...
