Actually this isn't true, although the final threads were locked by Thaed his initial gripe was with trout, as he felt trout was starting to over moderate the forum compared to how it had been moderated when he was made mod so I am gathering this probably continued with Thaed

No the straw the broke the camals back was from Thae, AFAIK he wasn't willing to negotiate with either of them as he didn't like either of their modding styles

For someone who couldn't give a toss about BGRH and went out of their way to get banned (I find this a bit sad really, you could just have ignored the place), you seem a touch gleeful in having a go, and as for your first statment, that's why some people are afraid to voice genuine concerns and gripes here, but then this is feedback so you probably don't care do you? It's just an excuse to stick the boot in right?

I'm not having a go, you just don't want to admit that I'm right. Fair enough alot of you are nice guys but there is a sub group (like it or not) on there that use it as a stage to bully people and it's ignored as "just a bit of fun" and as such is in line with the charter but the truth is the charter gives them licence to treat people like that because it all falls under the umbrella of "just a bit of fun". It rarely affected me because all that "real man" crap means nothing to me but I've seen lots of guys on there stop posting because the some people were allowed call their masculinity into question because of one or two wrongly worded posts, how do you think that feels for a person? how do you think that feels for a guy?

But is that not an explaination based on third party information? what proof is there that you're not just making this up? I was asked earlier for links and quotes and stuff to back up what I was saying so should that not apply to you too? all we really have is your word that you're talking for him but in all fairness if he had any balls he'd be talking for himself...no?

as not everyone on boards reads Feedback he mightn't have seen the thread, but I did send him a pm a while ago to make him aware of the thread so at least he should be aware the next time he logs on to see if he wants to reply or not

Kaz certainly is a lot easier to get on with and easily several stones lighter.

Kaz I do take your points about how certain BGRH posters don't get that it is a piss take forum and can go to far, shame you never reported those posts when you came across them. Not everyone is as aware of gender and identity issues as you are.

Do you know what always amazes me with these types of threads?
How people who aren't frequenters of forums starting harping on about 'oh noes it's changed' and 'should be made into a sub forum' etc etc (not everyone, just some people, and it's not just with this particular issue).
At the end of the day - it's the internets - areas that gain popularity change and grow with it, for good/bad/indifferent. If you don't like something, no-one is forcing it on you. If there's threads I see that I don't like - I leave, end of.
BGRH has changed over time - I've seen it, some aspects I like, some I don't. If I'm not in the form for what's going on - I won't go in, If it's appealing, then I will.

If it was a particular issue or someone was being attacked or shunned or something, then fine - bring it up. Or even like this, mention a place has changed, people can agree and disagree. But bickering over who said what to whom or who left is just silly. People make decisions for their own reasons, and let them.

tbh I could care less, the funny thing is that right now everyone is up in arms because I keep refering to Mairt as a girl and having a hissy fit and have as much respect for his gender as he's ever had for mine...

I don't think anyone should be talking about Rosie, she's young and at times frustrated, I know what that feels like especially having all this going on too. Unlike Mairt she can't answer for herself anymore because she's banned so it's not fair to talk about her.

They laughed at your jokes, even the unfunny ones. They didn't talk about you behind your back.
