Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Identify potential safehouses near you with Google Maps

I was reading the 'Best Place To Be During an Outbreak' thread and I had an idea. Why don't we mark all these places on Google Maps? (Much like how the super sekrit surfer spots were done).

We could try to get entries for every county. That way, if when the apocalypse happens we'll all have a map of Ireland with potentially safe places to go. It's all well and good knowing your own town and where to go, but what if your town is the worst infected area? What if you have to travel up the country? In such a case, this map would be a vital resource.

I have a few ideas for Cork, but I'll wait to see if the idea takes off (also I don't know how to embed Google Map images :o)
