    listening to the great man all day, and i know, sadly, that the world will be a frozen ball of ice before we hear music like his again.
    funny, that unaware of what was to come I had a great journey home from kilkenny this weekend with him playing in the background... even with his age and health considered the news of his death still shocked me.

    this man was a principal innovator of rock and roll. its sad that these days i struggle to hear his influence.... where before it was so rampant.
