last year i got my eyebrow pierced and it cost me 50 quid in metalmorphisis and i was just wondering is there a better place to get it done IN DUBLIN which is cheaper than 50 euro... thanks

Best and cheapest does not exist. Good work is not cheap and cheap work is not good.
