Mickie was previously engaged to WWE Superstar Ken Doane, better known by his ring name "Kenny Dykstra".She was also previously in a three-and-a-half year relationship with Joey Mercury and lived with him in Virginia.

I'm pretty sure the Cena/Mickie thing is an on-screen thing. Whilst Mickie and Kenny are broken up, Cena is engaged I believe.

Dont think Mickie would be too into Cena anyway after it was said she was told not to perform punches, she questioned the rationale why can Cena leading to her jobbing for a while. Any truth in Paul Heyman/Tori? I believe Tripper went out with Vinces daughter a few times.

But yeah, i really don't see Mickie being too much into Cena, but moreso because of all the past relationships she's been in (i had a boring day one time, and it came up on another forum) none of them seem to look a thing like Cena. She seems to be more into more bulkier kinda guys, With Kenny being the most athletic that im aware of. But thats just my opinion obviously. The real reason i dont think she's doing him is cos he's been engaged for a while, and Wrestling news sites have just been reporting crap of the description these days to try and get something on their pages.
