Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This video clearly shows that northbound on the M50 was down to just 1 lane for the road works the other day between the N2 and M1 interchanges. Yet no mention anywhere - why? Because the website which we persume is suppose to let us know is not up yet.......despite the fact the works started in Febuary. It must only be a matter of time now before lane closures appear at the M1 interchange - will it be up by then? This will lead to big traffic problems when people dont know.

What is the cross section width of the M50 phase 2 from Bllanch RO to M1 interchange. I've heard that the median is widest here than any other section of M50. Could they still have four running lanes throughout this phase.

The Phase 1 could have four running lanes all of its width, if the Redcow and N4 interchange flyovers were a little wider. All the other bridges can have four running lanes including a HS on each carrigeway.

Median on the Phase 1 cross section is around 17metres?? Can't remember exactly.

AFAIK, the cross section for the M50 Northern Cross Route is:

    2 x 3.000m H/S
    4 x 3.750m Lanes
    2 x 1.000m M/S
    1 x 14.500m Median

    Total Road Width = 37.500m
    Total Alignment (inc 3.000m verges) = 43.500m

    Hope this helps,

    Regards!
