Hey there,

Looking to rent out two bedrooms in a spacious three bedroom apartment at the end of Merchants Road (round the corner from Spanish Arch). There is a large double room and a single room for €340 a month each, with a huge sitting room/kitchen area, broadband, sharing with prof female. All bills included apart from ESB and NTL.
