    I am looking for a cordless phone with the following

    *Quad phones plus bases
    *Secrecy
    *Answer machine
    *Call Transfer
    *70m+ indoor range

    Anyone know about it?

    Ive tried shops but would like to know before going on a trip.

    Anybody got someting at home like this

    The priority is distance and amount of bases

    Dect is rated at 300m as a standard. You will never get that but pretty much all phones have similar distances. Most also have multiple base stations and call tranfers but this can be a little flakey. Argos in fairness has a good selection but if that fails PM me and Ill make a call tomorrow for you, I have a supply on these.

    I find the Siemens dect to have the greatest range.. some of the current range of Eircom dect are siemens.if memory serves the 7010 and 7020.. the are gap compatable and allow for multi handsets and bases etc etc also..
