Vista and fraps

    Duno if there's some where for this but gaming lads most likely know more about it.

    Well anyway I have the full version of fraps and it worked grand with Vista, then SP1 came out and now if i run without Compatibility mode it crashes, with it it just doesn't do anything.
    Any ideas what to do?
    Can't reinstall because if i uninstall i can't find the original file to install if you know what i mean, stall.....

    This is vista 32bit btw.
    Any help lads would be appreciated.

    On the off chance that someone else has this problem just disable sound in the fraps menu.
