Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    165kg x 1 - stopped...back was sore - better safe than sorry, disappointed to say the least.

    Seated shoulder press:

    Not a great workout. I drank a lot Tuesday night in Limerick and could feel it when I started deadlifting and I was very tight.
    All that aside, my shoulder press has zoomed up. I should be doing 82.5kg x 5 x 5 by xmas.

    Cheers bro. I think it's got to do me with me doing more rotator cuff assistance work. It's making me shoulders a bit stronger alright. Pity my back is a little niggly again. The drink and fags really ain't good!

    Started squatting, but back is VERY tight around lower back. Very frustrating. Had to abandon on 120kg x 5. I did a lot of core work last night and running which obviously hurt me a bit.

    I'd say you will be there before me, bro. My bday in two weeks and then a lot mor eboozing over xmas!!! Then moving to Australia on 20th January. Mehhhhhh. Thailand on the way. More booze when I hit Perth. Then, I'm gonna give it up for good! :p

    Fair play to you Davey,you have come a long way in a few weeks from reading your log.Can I ask what motivates you to go training? Do you have certain goals made that you must achieve? What I am trying to say is do you ever say" i cant be arsed going to the gym today" if so how do you overcome this attitude? All the best.

    Basically, I am not half as disciplined as some of the guys who post here.
    I'm actually very bad, and I drink way too much. But lately I've started to train more regularly, and basically the only thing I can say to you is, diet is the most important thing.

    Food fuels my mind and fuels my motivation, and deffo is the only way to seriously pack on the mass. Loads and loads of food.
    To be honest I actually enjoy lifting, I rarely get days that I say "I can't be arsed toinght, etc, etc" but if it starts to happen you need to take a break for a week or two then hit back into it.

    Weighed myself this morning, dry weight after a big dump hahaha - basically I'm up another 3lbs. I'm a legit 100kg now. First time to break 100kg over xmas about to come!!!!!!!!!
