Anyone had broadband in the UK?

    My brother is thinking of getting Tiscali broadband and phone.

    Has anyone had anyone here had any experience with them or any other broadband provider in the uk? £20pm for 8mb bb, local, national & international calls(Ireland included) seems too good to be true.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    That just about sums it up ;) Read a few bad reviews elsewhere as well.

    Thanks for the replys. I suppose its similar to here best with BT although i don't think the monopoly is as bad in the UK as with Eircom.
