Need help with my M4

Alright lads,
I got my first AEG yesterday and its fooked already:(
its a Dboys M4... this one here

when i pull the trigger it makes a horrible screeching sound and wont fire
as this is my first AEG i dont have a clue whats up
could someone please tell me what to do

the screeching sounds like its stripped gears id say.,

Stercus Accidit

Try tightening the main screw at the base of the grip.

Tighten all the way, then twist back a quarter turn.

This engages the motor and gears.

should i keep that screw tightened??

Once you adjust it as I said, maybe use thread lock?

I've noticed it can slip out with use, so anything to add a little friction to the threads would do.

Personally I've not used threadlock before, so perhaps be a bit stingey with it at first, afaik its a loctite product, sort of a weak glue for screw threads.
