Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Not sure if I'm on the right forum but here goes, I've been trying to free up a bit of HD space on the laptop, I've been flicking around folders by size, and the Temp folder is taking up 1.4 GB, Many of the folders inside it are attached to software that is not used much anymore and pretty random looking copies of folders with the folder copy # in brackets going on. Would it be foolish to "tidy" a few of these ? the disc cleanup app doesn't seem to find them.:pac:

You can safely delete everything in TEMP. You may find one or two files are locked by processes.

What cleanup app are you using? Try http://www.ccleaner.com/. It's great and will empty those temp folders.

only if you are sure they aren't being used by a program, best to log off or reboot before doing this

    start - run - %temp%
    will bring up the folder
