Knocking Gearbox?

    No idea what the actual problem is as I don't have the car but if it isn't too expensive to fix someone could pick up a bargain

    Any idea what it could be?
    Or is it far too much hassle to even consider the car ?

    May not even be the gearbox, could be a drive shaft knocking.

    Dealt with them myself too...had a bit of trouble with the car too but that said we knew we'd have trouble with it, couldn't argue for a grand..

    That's what I was thinking too..looks spotless too.
    Tis a hard one, could do with taking a team of mechanics up there.
