    At the cathedral, allong the hospital side of the catherdal there is parking there with no yellow lines. Its free, but be there early!

    Woodquay/St. brendans avenue. Here Between Woodquay and St.Brendans Avenue. The road running horizontal which says St. Brendans Avenue on it. This is used by residence there so you'll be luck enough to get a space.

    Those are 2 that im aware of.
