    Mods are usually picked by another mod when they need a hand on one of the forums they mod. They usually pick someone who's helpful.

    Also go here(http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/profile.php?do=editusergroups) and select the subscriber group and then click the "update" button. That will give you four red stars and your username will be in italics.
