I suppose I mean I would be interested in the reasons why a person wouldn't watch porn. Do they find it demeaning, off-putting, gives them performance anxiety or whatever?

Only 20 years ago if you asked this question the 95% who voted yes would've been seen as the trench-coat, perverted brigade- how times have changed. Crazy really- it went from something perceived as pathetic and undesirable to something that is practically celebrated nowadays. There's a tediousness to the consensus pro-porn thing now though- The boast "look at me i watch porn and i'm totally cool about it" always strikes me as just annoying and obtuse, what with all the underlying issues surrounding p0rn. Not fashionable to talk about the unsavoury aspects of p0rn in this day and age but still true tbh. I love the-Rigger's take on it though. Yeah, it annoys me when there are yells of "prude!" if you have any valid concerns about porn. I used to be of the view that it's up to the person (woman more specifically I suppose) if they want to take part. I realise now I was being quite naive. It's not as simple as that at all. A season of programmes on - where else? - Channel 4, as well as the documentary on BBC, Hardcore, changed my view. It's a nasty, cold industry.
