Apologies if this is the wrong place to post but I have a question and would greatly appreciate help.

I am looking for the quintessential motivation book. .

I have midterm goals in mind like sorting and maintaining my finances, getting fit etc. And I also have longer term goals like career achievements, finding love, having and supporting kids etc. Having goals is all good but my usual habits always kick in a week or two into my false dawn.

I'm not a smoker but if I was I’d guess that Alan Carr book might be a good starting point to quitting.

What I think I need is to reprogram my brain so I can finally achieve what I want. So is there a book/s out there that could assist in turning me from the couch potato I resemble now to the vision I have of the person I could be?

    Please Help
