I havent and am not likely to read the treaty however I heard there are lots of provisions for wildlife SAC's etc. I am currently in the undecided camp. However if the treaty furthers the needs of wildlife I would be pleased. At the same time why cannot any provisions for wildlife be put in place regardless. any one with…
