Can i ask what way do you cook your steak? Rare/Medium/well done.

If you like your steak medium/rare than you've nothing to worry about.

Oh i couldn't go blue. Medium rare for me. Nyom nom.
I always thing though that steak cooked right needs no sauces. Just seasoning before cooking it.

if im eating medium steak i drown it in peper sauce
other wise i just enjoy the bloddy goodness
