    ive never actually gone on one except for crash diets when i was a bit younger which basically just meant stoping eating.if can eat healthily i think its a real skill

    Kirby's home cooking tonight... dinner was pasta with a home-made tomato sauce with onions, mushrooms, yellow peppers, LOTS of garlic, herbs and Serrano ham. Delicious :)
