A little something I like to call the Sandwich of Power... (if I have the materials handy to make it that is...)

    White bread, buttered
2 cooked rashers, maple if possible
    Grated white cheddar
A little bit of onion (red works best)

Toast that in a sandwich-maker or George Foreman until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasty. Open the sandwich up again and slap a few cheese and onion crisps in there, along with some lettuce and whichever sauce or mayonnaise tickles your fancy and then just sit back and marvel at your creation, for it is the late night snack of gods!

I get myself some brown bread, toast it cook 3/4 rashers, some swiss, some chedder, lettus(?), tomatoes and mayo as a base for every sambo. Anything after that depends on how many pints I've had.

After a few drinks ya can throw a fried egg on top with some pepperoni and salmon and most recently smoked reindeer (gotta love the finish for slaughtering santa's pets and vaccum packin them).

All in all your not gonna feel to good in the mornin but at the time ya feel like a master chef and a connoisseur.
