Depends. Around this time I'll make something small but if I am really hungry I'll walk to the garage and get a couple of things. All depends on how hungry/lazy I am.

Usually a bowl of cereal and a slice of toast does the job with a lovely cup of tae to wash it all down.

The next time you want chocolate cake at 3 o'clock in the morning and don't have a 24 hour tesco nearby... :P

    5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

    4 tablespoons flour
    4 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons cocoa
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons milk
    3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional) a small splash of vanilla extract
    1 large mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high).
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

Btw If I hadn't got cake in the house I am hardly going to have all those ingredients:p but apparently this does taste gorgeous

    Cereal FTW.

    My personal favourites are:

    Frosted Wheats
Crunchy Nut Feast (the chocolate one)
Weetos (they used to cut the roof of my mouth but I'm past that stage now)
    Coco Pops
    Cookie Crisp
    Honey Nut Loops

Why go for healthy cereal when you can have chocolate and lots of sugar. :) Simple and quick is our cereal.

    Breakfast consists of:

-Oatmeal with water in a bowl, with ground up flax seeds and raisins sprinkled in.
    -1 Apple
-Sometimes a banana or orange too, if I feel like it
    -Black tea

Then throughout the rest of the day I eat home-made soups, salads, baked stuff...I like soup a lot. I eat lots of Hungarian cuisine, since my father's side of the family are Hungarians. Whatever me or my mom have cooked.

I drink lots of tea. After the black tea, I'll have like 3+ cups of green tea, sometimes more. I only drink tea or water, and sometimes juice. Never sodapop, coffee or energy drinks, I don't like that stuff.

Pretty much my diet, I'm kind of a health nut.

I find that after a hard's night drinking a glass of Baileys really does wonders to settle the stomach and keep away the hangover. :)
