    down for the weekend soon and I could do with a few pub/nightclub recommendations.City centre and the livlier the better. cheers...

    what age? under 21, 21-23, 24+? what kind of music you like? You want a place that sells good beer or dont mind?

    First of all make sure you wear shoes and dressy kind of clothes, coz u wont get into many places if you dont.
    If you are over 21, the bailey, reardans, long island, soho, classic are good bars, not many good clubs, maybe havanas its upstairs over reardans, or the classic club is ok.
    Costigans is also a lovely bar. but not as lively as those above.
