Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I would like to head to Slieve Bloom this weekend. Does anybody know any decent spots to stay overnight in the camper? Might go further a field also towards banagher. Any recomendations?

There's quiet a few choices depending on how remote you want to be...
Glenbarrow is quiet a nice spot, it's a few miles from Rosenallis, roads are a bit narrow though. Big car park and some lovely walks up to the waterfall. Close to there is "the Festival Field", just a field with great views. Ballyfin or Rosenallis would be a nice place to stop, both have pubs and I'm sure wouldn't object to an overnight stay. A natural place to visit if you stop in Banagher is Hough's pub. It's an experience!! Close to banagher is Shannon Harbour, another nice village with a few pubs and quiet a few boats around the place.
