Register as Agents with UK Revenue

Has anyone here much experience of dealing with revenue in UK? Currently trying to register as agents however as we dont have a UK postcode cannot log onto online services and am not having much joy with helpdesk and local tax office.

To be honest I have never been in contact with a more helpful crowd. Just log onto the HM Revenue & customs and download a authorising as an agent form which is called a 64-8 or else just give them a call.
