Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Outlook filtering question

    Hi,

    Im windows XP, outlook 2003.

    Ive a filter set up to delete certain emails. its working fine but I was wondering if ppl could help me tweak it a bit.

    Even though it deletes the emails, I still get the small blue box in the bottom left of the screen when it arrives, and a small envelope on the tray indicating an unread email (even though it marks them as read before deleting them).

    So, any suggestions?

    In your filter / rules for said emails. There is a check box for "mark as read" this should stop the desktop / envelope notification. Also ensure that the "Show notification" is un-ticked.
