Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Good God man you've terrible spelling and punctuation.

But yeah, I don't think it's too hot either. One or two good tracks on it alright.

    The price was right though!

yeah, time is a good indicator of how good an album is, The Slip is pretty average. Imo a lot of artists lose it in their 40s.

Reznor hasn't lost it..He's found it!:)How many other mainstream artists would release an album for free.... It's not as rewarding as "Ghosts" though:pac:

admittedly not many though---Radiohead, Prince, The Charlatans, Monsterworks, BJM

There's some fantastic songs on the album.

    Echoplex
    Letting you
    1,000.000
    999,999
    Lights in the Sky
    Discipline

I find it funny how people keep saying Reznor has lost it. This guy is constantly producing good music, plus he can't keep releasing "the downward spiral" again and again.
I agree with that the slip is not the best album he's done but come on, based on a lot of the sh** generic rubbish that's out at the moment its pretty good

In relation to his releases over the last couple of years, id say its about on par with With Teeth (i.e. pretty good, not really stretching himself though) but considering its FREE then you can't really complain. I prefer Year Zero though. Ghosts is superb, find something new every time I give it a listen.

Also check out the Saul Williams album Niggy Tardust, basically a NIN album but with Williams on vocal duty. God, Reznor has been rather busy the last couple of years has't he!!
