    Do I have to line out the sheets? title block etc...
    and if I don't, will I lose presentation marks?

    AFAIK you don't.

    Take a Q1 or Q3 - You don't know how far up/down the page it will extend, and surely the examiner can respect that bordering will only limit the procedure?

    I just put down a big dirty Q1 / Q5 on my mock paper and got full marks on some questions, having said that it was my teacher that corrected it.

    You're there to answer IMO, Any old retard can line a sheet out!
