I auto picked my numbers for the registration but forgot about my keeper!! Is there anyway I can do it, I can't seem to find the option.

i don't think so. registration is really buggy in this game. more than once my manual selection was overridden by the autoselect... and on one strange occasion about two thirds of the way through the season about 3 of my players became ineligible...
