    Hey guys,

Is it recommended/necessary to have a privacy policy?
Best way to go about it?

What would be the best way to fix these little issues.

    Here is the page.

(1). See the information icons beside the entries? What would be the
best way top arrange them so that it all looks clean and flush?
The &nbsp isn't working too well...

(2). In IE & Opera, below the two combined divs showing all the information icons, there is no space between the bottom of the divs and the top of the first entry 0-9, whereas in FF, it appears the way I want it to?

    Thanks guys, much appreciated.

    J.

Information on privacy policies / statements is available from the data protection commissioner's site

Have you tried floating all the images to the left? You might need to wrap a div around the image groups to stop them ending up on top of the text.

    Thanks

As far as I know a privacy policy is a legal requirement on sites...

I use a pretty standard one where you just change the domain name for each site - it covers the basics...

Feel free to steal and use http://www.davidfeehan.ie/privacypolicy.aspx

Yeah I did my research on it and it's a legal requirement alright. Something to do with storing private information like email addresses in a cookie.
